Setup is free to do yourself using our guided setup and Knowledge Centre.
Payment is by monthly debit order. Yearly plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on your invoice.
Your invoice shows your plan, any add-ons and any extra storage as separate lines.
Upgrades take effect immediately, charged pro rata for the rest of your billing period.
Downgrades are available on monthly plans only, on request through our support team. Yearly plans can’t be downgraded.
Downgrading never deletes your data. Features that are no longer included become read-only, and your data stays safe until you upgrade again or ask us to remove it.
If a payment fails, access is paused until it’s paid. Your data is always kept safe, and access returns as soon as payment clears.
Nothing ever stops working. Extra storage is R150 per 10 GB per month, and we’ll warn you by email and on screen at 80% and 100%.
